The International Baccalaureate (IB) is a non-profit foundation headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, that offers four academically rigorous educational programs to students of different age groups. Primary Years Programme (PYP) is aimed at students between 3 and 12 years, Middle Years Programme is for students between 11 and 16, and Diploma Programme and Career-related Programme are for students aged 16 to 19.

The curricula for each IB program aims to shape students into inquiring, knowledgeable minds who are independent thinkers, culturally aware, and able to succeed in an increasingly globalized world. By helping students develop strong characteristics, IB enables them to outperform others in many areas.
